C:\how-i-work

How I Work

I work best in environments where technology, people, and process all matter. My background is rooted in hands-on IT operations, but the part of the work I enjoy most is helping teams operate better: clearer documentation, better handoffs, fewer repeated issues, stronger communication, and more practical structure around the work.

I enjoy working closely with others, sharing what I know, and helping teammates solve problems. I like being part of a strong team, and I am also open to helping build or mature a team when the opportunity calls for it. I try to be someone people can come to for support, troubleshooting, guidance, or a steady second set of eyes when something needs to be figured out.

My leadership style is practical, supportive, and service-focused. I believe good IT teams need clear expectations, useful documentation, reliable tools, and people who are willing to solve problems without ego. I try to be the person who understands the technical details, sees where the process is breaking down, and helps connect the right people to the right solution.

// interested in roles where I can contribute to

  • Improving IT service operations
  • Working closely with teams to solve problems
  • Supporting and mentoring technical staff
  • Building stronger team workflows
  • Improving documentation and repeatable processes
  • Reducing unnecessary manual work
  • Using automation and AI-assisted tools in practical ways
  • Helping teams communicate more clearly
  • Turning technical experience into better business outcomes

// how I approach a project

  1. 01 Understand the requirement
  2. 02 Study the system
  3. 03 Design carefully
  4. 04 Test the result
  5. 05 Improve the process
  6. 06 Keep building until it works

// what I'm looking for

I am focused on leadership-oriented IT roles where I can help improve service operations, team communication, documentation, tool governance, and automation-enabled workflows. I work best in environments that value steady leadership, practical problem solving, and continuous improvement.

proj.01 · CAD & 3D Printing

Measurement-Based Part Reproduction

Reverse-engineered a discontinued automotive component from physical measurements — modeled in SolidWorks, printed in FDM, and fitment-tested across several revisions until it matched the original mounting points and clearances.

proj.02 · Prototyping & Fabrication

Motorized Lighting Components

Designed and prototyped custom housings and mounts for an automotive lighting system, balancing mechanical fitment, heat clearance, wiring routing, and finish across successive printed revisions.

proj.03 · Custom Vehicle Technology

Manufacturer-Inspired Vehicle Technology Project

A structured, manufacturer-style design process for a custom vehicle-technology concept: AI-assisted research and requirements gathering, driver-experience planning, instrumentation and HMI layout, embedded-hardware concepts, and prototype fabrication — documented end to end the way a product team would.

proj.04 · AI-Assisted Design

AI-Assisted Modeling Workflow

Used AI-assisted research and step-by-step guidance to drive a Blender modeling workflow — from reference study and blockout to clean, watertight, print-ready geometry — including a full widebody vehicle model built for scale reproduction.
